At AVANZZADA LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

Nature of Services

As a software development and consulting company, our services are customized and tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the nature of professional services, time invested, and resources allocated, our refund policy differs from standard product-based policies.

Consulting Services

For consulting and strategic planning services:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed
  • Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee

Development Services

For software development and implementation projects:

  • Milestone-based payments are refundable only for work not yet commenced
  • Completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable
  • If a project is cancelled mid-development, payment is required for all completed work and work-in-progress at an hourly rate

Staff Augmentation & Outsourcing

For talent placement and team augmentation services:

  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • Cancellation requires written notice as specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund where applicable:

  1. Submit a written request via email describing the reason for the refund
  2. Include your project name, invoice number, and relevant details
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work and delivered deliverables
  • Time and materials already expended on a project
  • Third-party software licenses, hosting fees, or services purchased on your behalf
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with our clients to find mutually acceptable solutions. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in your service agreement.
